Both Australia and Germany offer the best education at an affordable tuition fees to international students. If we talk about MS in Civil Engineering in Germany, then many of the German Universities offer the degree at no cost. On the other side, Australian universities offer the programme from INR 19 L to INR 30 L. The tuition fee for MS in Mechanical Engineering in Germany ranges up to 17,000 EUR per year (15.08 Lacs INR)
Yes, it is cheaper to study in Germany compared to USA because public universities in USA have no tuition fees and even at private universities the fees are much lower compared to US universities. Moreover, the cost of living in Germany vs USA is also much cheaper.
