Now most of top engineering university get admission based on jee main. If you are given jee main 2016 then you can apply for those university like amity university, manipal university, bit mesra , delhi technical university etc .

The best depends on your own skill set, personality and interest. You hv option of mba, masters or diploma after b.tech.
