There is not much scope in aeronautical as of now. But in future there will be. We've started working on a lot of research projects and the field is developing very fast these days.

In terms of placement package size, definitely CSE is better. CSE has comparatively more numbers of jobs than ECE. Although both are good branches if done from a good college.

Indian Government has made provision for Infrastructure building in central budget for last two years under PPP model. It will continue for next few decades to build India to international standards. This has generated requirement of civil engineers in both private and government sector and such demand will continue for some more years. Civil Engineering has a good scope and future.

I think Petroleum Engineering is a better subject now days because it have been Demanding course after 20-25 years no of countries will fight for fuel now day will increasing fuel cost for every year so it was best course, model companies still awaiting for petri engender

Aeronautical Engineers shortages reported all over world. it is expected that industry requires more certified engineers for maintenance of aircraft. Shanon Aerospace Lufthansa airlines subsidiary company in Ireland offers professional training for two years. Though eligibility for this training is Plus two students with 80% maths marks, many BE students are doing this now. If you want to become a solar energy engineer, it's important that you know what is required of you in terms of education and career roadmap. There are so many alternative names that are used to refer to solar energy engineers. Some of these names include: solar array engineers, photovoltaic design engineers, alternative energy engineers or solar array engineers. A solar energy engineer deals with utilization of sunlight to produce electric energy.

Aeronautical Engineering will be the best choice if you target to work with companies like Boeing etc. Then you have to move to USA. If you are Graduate, try to go for MS in USA and then PhD
