In 2024 that is last year, the last closing rank for Electronics and Communication Engineering (IOT) was 100081 for home state quota and 92633 for other state quota.

If you're asking about any college, there are lot of private and local government colleges. But I would recommend you to give JEE Mains so you can get better college for chemical engineering.
