Yes, you can get admission to BTech at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Telangana, without APICET. To be eligible for admission to the course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in graduation in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Although admissions are mainly done based on scores obtained in the TS EAMCET exam. 30% of the seats are reserved for direct admission under the management quota.

To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Telangana, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board.
