NIT Jalandhar does accept this rank but getting into CSE branch is difficult as the past closing rank was around 19000. You can can get B.Tech Electrical Engineering, B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech Instrumentation & Control Engineering, B.Tech Chemical Engineering, B.Tech Civil Engineering, B.Tech Industrial & Production Engineering, B.Tech Biotechnology, B.Tech Textile Technology. 

You even have a chance of getting admission in DTU but getting CSE branch is difficult. You can get admission in specializations like biotechnology, civil engineering, chemical engineering.  

All international applicants must fulfill the University College Dublin MBA admission requirements listed below to secure admission:

ONE of the following qualifications for Standard XII -

• Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
• Council for the Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
• Intermediate Exam (some state boards)
• Higher/Senior School Certificate/Examination (most state boards)

Grades Required -

• A minimum overall score of 75 - 90%

(Average is calculated on best 5 recognised subjects)

ONE of the following English Language Requirements -

• A minimum overall score of 80% in the English core subject
• An overall IELTS score of 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in each band)
• An overall TOEFL score of 90 (with no less than 21 in writing and at least 19 in every other section)
