Yes, BTech course is available at Mohamed Sathak Engineering College. The university offers BTech courses at the UG level. Candidate must meet the eligibility criteria to enrol for BTech course admission set by the college. Aspirants must pass Class 12. Mohamed Sathak Engineering College's admission process is merit-based, i.e., TNEA counselling + Merit.

No doubt, you can definitely get admission at 700 rank. There are several courses for which the cutoff rank remained higher than 700. Some of the courses with cutoff above than 700 were, B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, MD in Paediatrics, MD in General Medicine and many other courses.
