Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff for CSE (MTech) and ECE (MTech) were 591 and 504, respectively. Looking at the cutoff ranks, admission at 400 rank in GATE is possible for both the courses available. However, you should try to get MTech in CSE, as it has the tougher cutoff.
