With a JEE Mains score of 80.82%, you cannot be sure about admission at MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur. The current cutoff in popular branches such as computer Science and engineering is roughly 85 percentile. You are likely to struggle to enter core branches, but in other engineering streams, where the cutoff is lower, you might be able to get admission. The admissions for the Rajasthan institutions are handled through the REAP- Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process; it considers JEE Mains marks and Class 12. It is better to visit the official website of REAP for getting updated and the latest information.

This brings you into a good college under B.Tech in CSE through MHT CET and WBJEE for 2024. Targets must be set at such rank or percentiles. Under MHT CET:
percentile: The competing rank should be around 97-99 to come inside one of the best Maharashtra colleges. For instance, the cut-off percentage, mostly goes beyond 98% for elite institutes COEP and VJTI. Under WBJEE

With a rank of 264982 in the general category, options for admission to engineering colleges may not be very high, but they are still there. Here are some colleges that you may consider:
Private Engineering Colleges: Many private institutions have lesser cutoff ranks and may accommodate students with higher ranks. For example:
Shivaji University, Kolhapur
MIT College of Engineering, Pune
Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune
Some of the State Engineering Colleges do have openings for students of higher rank particularly for less popular streams.
Government Funded Technical Institutions: While a highly competitive list, some of the GFTIs

Not alone will a JEE Main score above 75% in PCM subjects get the admission to IIIT Bangalore. The primary consideration of IIIT Bangalore for admission is the rank in the JEE Main, and the candidate must have to secure certain cutoff ranks according to his desired programs.
Also, the candidates should have qualification criteria, that is, they should have passed in their 10th and 12th grades with at least 60% marks on an average. So a good score would be good, but should be aligned with the cutoff ranks given by the institution for admitting students.
