Yes, JEE Main scores are accepted by Bengal Institute of Technology and Management for BTech admissions. Candidates with valid JEE Main scores and 45% in Class 12 can apply. Admission is done based on the institute's own merit list. JEE Main-passed students have an alternative to WBJEE for securing admission in BTech.

For BTech in Guwahati University, students typically require a minimum of 50% aggregate at Class 12 with PCM. Good rank within the state cut-off is needed in JEE Main or Assam CEE. Cut-offs differ annually based on competition and seat intake. Good scores enhance admission chances in Guwahati University.
