This section comprised 50 questions. Most of the questions were based on Bar Graphs, Pie Charts, Tables and Caselets (10 Q). The overall difficulty level of this section was moderate to difficult. An attempt of 30-32 questions can be considered a good attempt and a score of 113-117 can be considered a good score. The study material provided by CL was considered sufficient for this section. The total number of questions in this section was 22. There was a good mix of static and current GK. In static GK, questions were based on Geography (maps, rivers, capital of countries, etc. ), Currencies and Science. The questions of Current Affairs were mainly based on Personalities (like Head of World Bank, IMF, etc. ). The difficulty level of this section was moderate to difficult. An attempt of 10-12 questions could have been considered a good attempt. The level of difficulty of the entire paper can be summed up to be moderate.

If candidates fail to pay the fee by the stipulated date mentioned by the institution, the admission would be deemed canceled and seat would become vacant for the next round of Counselling.
If there are any unfilled seats, they will be filled on the basis of rolling Counselling(First come first serve basis).

Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. Or Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
