Hello Vikram Krishna, I must say that you have scored quite well in this exam. Getting 11K rank out of almost 50K is quite good. Be that as it may, it may not be sufficient to get you CSE branch as almost every student gives CSE as first choice. Closing cut off rank for AU CSE in 2019 was 979 and for same in 2020 was 889 for the open category. So we can say that it would have been good if your rank was around 800 but with 1296 rank, it is really difficult. Wish you best!

This year NTA has removed the cutoff of 75 percent so it is not necessary for you to give the boards again but if you want to improve your percentage than you can definitely go for it.
