B Tech for Diploma holders or we could say part-time B.Tech for Diploma holders is a 3-year period course. You directly get admission to the 2-year B.Tech course in this programme. You can quickly learn all the fundamentals of engineering after doing the 3-year Diploma in B.Tech, so B.Tech for Diploma holders makes you more advanced.

Whatever issue you're having with your aadhar whilst filling JEE application, fill an updation request, you must submit a rectification request at an Aadhaar center and apply for JEE Main by inputting the 14-digit Aadhaar Enrolment ID/your No. (including slash) written on the slip supplied by the Aadhaar center. This way you can complete your JEE application process.

Yes, you should be able to handle that. Though it isn't easy, if you have prepared well, you should be able to ace it. I've even witnessed a lot of medical students (who also studied math) succeed in JEE. By the way, you shouldn't have chosen commerce as your path if you wanted to pursue engineering. Students toil for years with JEE as their primary goal if you keep it as a side choice. You can't possibly make JEE your second choice, though it's not impossible but will take some serious hard work.
