Hello Syed Kareem, Ph.D. is not like a course of B.Tech or M.Tech. It's carrying out research in your field of study under guidance of a teacher. First you need to decide your area if research or find out who all are guides for Ph.D. students. Then in consultation decide the specific topic of research.
