Hello Monish, oh no. Admissions in Mumbai area or Maharashtra in engineering colleges are based on the performance of the student in CET conducted by the government of Maharashtra called MHT CET. This examination is yet to be conducted. Best wishes to you.

Hello Faisal, engineering colleges in Maharashtra admit students based on their performance in CET conducted by Government of Maharashtra called MHTCET. Ranking only in this exam will help you and ranking in JEE Mains is immaterial.
