Dear Aspirant, I have no idea about the B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering at SRM or KIIT, but being alumni of LPU I would share the details of this programme at LPU with you. Dear Prakathees ARK, I have no idea of Chennai except IIT Madras. Being alumni of LPU I would highly recommend LPU for B.Tech (Lateral) in Electronics with Robotics as a specialisation. LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the ECE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU.
