Hello Sangita, Normally speaking admissions to engineering colleges in Maharashtra are based on ranking in MHT CET. However you can think of seeking admission in private engineering colleges under management quota. Here they will not ask you many questions. I believe there are plenty of private engineering colleges in Nashik. You can also think of seeking admission in the deemed university called Sandeep university. Best wishes to you.

Hello Shivansh Prasad, NIET, NOIDA is affiliated with Abdul kalam technological University or AKTU, which is the centralised university in Uttar Pradesh to which all engineering colleges are affiliated. Your desired College in Noida is also affiliated to this university. Hence you need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the state of Uttar Pradesh for admissions to engineering colleges. Presently the registration date has been extended till 31st of May but keep track of it in local newspapers. Hello Bharat Parakhe, after Diploma in engineering a student can seek admission in an engineering college via two methods. Firstly treating Diploma as equivalent to 12th and following the procedure that a 12th pass would follow to get admission. Secondly, via lateral mode of admission meaning directly into the second year of the four year degree course. There is nothing like external admission. Hello Jitendra, at least presently in India, engineering education via distance mode is not permitted by UGC. As a result of this no University is able to offer engineering graduation course via distance education mode. You need to go to college for doing your engineering graduation. Best wishes to you.

Hello Ganesh Sonaba Inhale, you have completed your Diploma in mechanical engineering and are now interested in pursuing BCA. Is that right? Absolutely no issue. Diploma in Maharashtra is treated as equivalent to 12th examination. You just need to go to your Institute from where you did your Diploma in engineering and ask them to provide you this equivalance Certificate. This is required because eligibility for BCA is 12th standard while you have done your Diploma after 10th. Just don't worry. Best wishes to you.
