Eligibility : Candidate should be a graduate in any faculty of any University in Maharashtra established by an act of Parliament or by a State Legislature or an equivalent National Institution recognised as a Deemed to be University or Foreign University recognised as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an
authority competent to declare equivalence, With Minimum
1. 45% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination (That is 45% marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together) in case of candidates belonging to General (Open)/E. W. S. /Orphan Candidates
from the state of Maharashtra.
2. 42% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination (That is 42% marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together) in case of candidates belonging to VJ/ DT/ NT (A)/ NT (B)/ NT (C)/ NT (D)/
OBC/ SBC Category belonging to State of Maharashtra.
3. 40% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination (That is 40% marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together) in case of Candidates belonging to SC & ST Categories from the State of
Maharashtra
So from above 45% aggregate marks in graduation are mandatory requirement for general category and 42% for OBCs. So you can be eligible if belongs to OBC category.

YES, You can take admission in any engineering college after successfully completing your Diploma from any college.
As, Most of the engineering colleges in India require a 60% aggregate in 3-year diploma (Engineering any stream) after class 10 board exam.In 2020, AICTE(All India Council Of Technical Education) publish a notice regarding this, according to this notice Diploma Qualified student can take lateral entry(2nd year) admission under Engineering and Technology courses. There are several Eligibility criteria :-
A). Passed Diploma examination with at least 45% (40% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of engineering and Technology.
B). Passed B.Sc. Degree from recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks((40% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 Examination with Mathematics as a subject.
