Well it totally depends on your choice of interest. You can pursue whatever you want but if there is conflict of thought regarding the subject that you are confused and like to learn about both then choose which university is better for which course. You can choose between foreign or Indian Universities and compare and then choose wisely.

Hello, frankly speaking I have not understood the query. The meaning of the term 11th Diploma civil engineering. Students can join Diploma courses after 10th exam.
