Well it totally depends on your choice of interest. You can pursue whatever you want but if there is conflict of thought regarding the subject that you are confused and like to learn about both then choose which university is better for which course. You can choose between foreign or Indian Universities and compare and then choose wisely.

Yes indeed. MIT Chennai gives admissions to students directly into the second year of engineering after passing of Diploma course. You just need to follow the advertisements that will appear when Diploma examination are held or there about. Best wishes to you.

Hello, frankly speaking I have not understood the query. The meaning of the term 11th Diploma civil engineering. Students can join Diploma courses after 10th exam. There are large number of branches to choose from. I would strongly advise you to first state as to what you are doing presently. Then ask query in clear words.
