I am not quite aware of Petroleum Engineering at UPES but I must say Petroleum Engineering is purely centered on integrated approaches of Sciences and Engineering practices in the Oil & Gas Industry. This involves technological undertakings and emphasis of the same in the application of the concepts in Petroleum Exploration, Drilling, Production, Reservoir Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, Refinery Operations, LNG Value Chain, Petrochemicals and Natural Gas Processing. Students in the petroleum engineering programme will be engaged on a holistic journey of the entire value chain of the O&G Industry beginning from the exploration of hy

Hello Vedika Phase, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Diploma in engineering in computer engineering branch. This year, because of pandemic no exam could be conducted and as a result overall marks of students are very high. Admission to Diploma courses is based on marks of 10th. Hence it is expected that for computer branch, cutoff may be as high as 99 percentage. But don't worry. You can check list of institutions offering this branch onnthe web page of the directorate of technical education of Maharashtra. Best wishes to you.

Hello Pavitram Kumawat, it's very nice to hear from you that you have already started preparing for JEE Mains and Advanced. Don't fret over which branch you can get. Ultimately where life takes us, nobody can predict. So take one thing at a time. I would strongly recommend that you concentrate on understanding the subjects of your 11th & 12th. This will come most handy when preparing for Advanced. Best wishes to you.

VITEEE 2021 will be conducted as a remote-proctored exam on May 28, 29, and 31. The last date to fill the application form was May 21. No there won't be any phase 2 for VITEEE as the exam is conducted only once a year.

Hello Himanshu, normally speaking IIT's have more and bigger companies visiting for placements. But NIT Warangal is one of those old institutions which has developed great academic reputation and consequently great indeed are the placements. My advice is to take admission in Warangal if you get it. Best wishes to you.
