Hello Guna, once a student clears all his backlogs he is on par with his other batchmates who have passed graduation of engineering without any backlogs. However there are some institutions which insist that they will admit students who have passed their exams without any backlogs only. In such cases you will not be eligible to seek admission. BEST WISHES TO YOU.
