Both the colleges are really good. I prefer GL Bajaj for B.Tech with the placement rate upto 98% while BL Munjal has placement rate of 84% for B.Tech. I have found that GL Bajaj has better campus and environment than BL Munjal.

Yes, Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology offers a dual degree course to candidates which includes BTech and MTech. This course is for a duration of five years. Candidates must appear for the SPACE-CET exam to take admission in this course. They must also fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for the same which requires a minimum of 45% aggregate in Class 12 in PCM (40% for reserved category). Hence, a candidate can do BTech and M.Tech together at IIAEIT.

No, it is generally not possible to get a seat in Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) without appearing for and qualifying in the relevant entrance exam, which is the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for undergraduate programs. SVVU strictly adheres to entrance exam-based admissions for its courses

Your category OBC, SC, ST, and also your domicile state is considered in admissions. With a rank of 39000 in KEAM, you can get:
- IIIT Guwahati for CSE
- NIT Kurukshetra for Mechanical
- NIT Kurukshetra for Civil
- Lower NITs for CSE and ECE
- IIITs for CSE and ECE .

As you have Delhi domicile state, I think you have good chances but for confirmation check previous year Delhi counselling cutoff.
