The admission committee decides your admission on overall criteria of your previous academic performance, work experience, performance in design test, and performance in interview, portfolio and CEED scores. The Design test will be about one and half hours duration. It will test your ability to creatively and appropriately solve simple design problems. Importance is given to the following - Problem Analysis, Creativity, and Alternate Concepts, Justifications for your Solutions and Visual and Textual Presentation Skills. You need to bring your own drawing/writing aids such as pencils, brushes, colors, paints, etc. For the test.

Leaving job for PGDP is not recommendable. Because today's we have more options for doing management courses. Top distance learning management programs of IGNOU, Upgrade, SCDL, LPU etc. Are the best available options for working professionals. So it is advisable here that not to quit you present job for PGDP, you may go with the distance learning management programs of above Universities.
