If you wish to change your branch, then one and the only deciding factor is your first-year CGPA. It should probably be more than 8.5, and also depends on how many students have applied for the same, for complete procedure, you have to visit the student section and they will direct you in the best ways. Every university has its plus points. From experience I can say that if you come to VIT Vellore your coding skills or any other skills be it in computer Science stream or any stream will be polished. There are many clubs ans chapters which will help you develop your overall skills.

Dear AnupamIn UPSEE only ranks matter and there is some reservation for outsider state students also whom you can get benefit. Also try to get admission in the interested branch irrespective of the marks as knowledge matters the most. You can use Shiksha College Predictor also to judge your college which would be given to u.
