Hello Burra, I am afraid that what you are seeking is not available. UGC had decided that no university will offer any professional course including engineering via open or distance learning method. Hence this route is just not possible. Alternatively if you are working then you can think of doing AMIE, which is equivalent to graduation in engineering for all purposes. Best wishes to you.

Hello Ajay, yes you can definitely do that. But considering the pandemic situation, you first need to get appointment and then only can come to office. But then I am sure there will be plenty more agencies in Chandigarh offering similar services.
