Hello Ishan, it's nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in engineering. After Diploma in automobile engineering, I feel that if you do graduation in mechanical engineering then your chances of getting job will increase manifold. Automobile engineering is not bad but surely it has restricted availability of jobs as compared with mechanical engineering. Right? However if you are passionate about automobile engineering then without any hesitation you should go for graduation in automobile engineering. Best wishes to you.

Hello Chetan, I must say that you are percentile in mht CET is definitely a bit low. But yes you can definitely seek direct admission into any private engineering College under the management quota which these colleges have. however you will need to approach each college individually to know about the procedure which that college adopts and also the fees that you will have to pay after taking admission in that college.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Jameer, this indeed is a very relevant and interesting query. But I am afraid that at the moment no one can answer you are query. Firstly is the government of India which has to allow opening of colleges and then the concerned state governments to take action. Presently some classes of schools have begin and let's hope that along with the vaccination programme the colleges to will start operating physically at an early date. Best wishes to you.
