Hello, normally speaking no. There are quite stringent eligibility criteria prescribed by the Tamilnadu government for TNEA. However with increasing number of seats lying vacant, pressure is mounting on Tamil Nadu government to relax these conditions. You need to wait for some more time. Hello Bhavana, it's perfectly all right to switch track and follow your heart. I must congratulate you for continuing your graduation in engineering and not leaving it mud course. After graduating, you can definitely do some courses in fashion designing. I am sure the place where you belong to will definitely have colleges offering this branch of studies.
