Go for CAP rounds because NITs and CFTIs are difficult to get through CSAB on this JEE Main percentile. However you can get decent colleges through the Maharashtra CAP rounds counseling.

Based on the JEE Main rank you obtained, the NIT, IIIT are difficult to get. The fwe probability can be developed in the following GFTIs.
1. National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Aurangabad
2. SLIET Sangrur
3. Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar
4. Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur.

NIT and SPA are difficult to get at this rank. However private colleges are the other options. You have one more chance for improvement in JEE Main paper-2 score in April 2021. So, improve your JEE Main rank and bring this below 5000 for more conformity.

Yes, every state enables students who have passed Diploma to take admission directly into second year of 4 year degree course in engineering via what is called as lateral admission process. Hello Gagan Bora, I can understand your angst and anxiety to know about minimum percentile required to get CSE branch. Last year cutoff declared by NTA for OBC students was just above 72. But then if you desire branch of CSE then you need to be in top bracket of percentile since almost every student gives this branch as the first choice and as a result of this, cutoff for this branch are really stiff.
