Hello Alok, normal speaking every state has its own entrance exam except perhaps the state of Tamil Nadu which admit students based on marks obtained in 12th. Then at the national level there is JEE Mains and advanced for admissions in centrally funded institutes and IIT. Besides this almost every deemed to be university conducts its own exam for admitting students to courses that these universities offer.
