Hello Mohini, if I may say so your ranking in this entrance examination for engineering students by Andhra Pradesh government is a bit on the lower side. In addition almost every student games CSE as the first choice. Due to this cutoff for this particular branch are quite stiff. Of course for the branch of ECE this may not be so and you will probably get admission. The eligibility criteria of B.Tech Biotechnology of Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology Meerut is given below.
Eligibility Criteria : 10+2 with minimum 5 subjects passed with minimum 50% marks. Physics and Biology/ Biotechnology as compulsory subjects.
Admission Procedure : Students with valid scores in JEE-Main / Any State Engineering Entrance Examination are eligible for Direct Admission. Students securing 70% in class XII (CBSE/ ICSE Boards) or 65% (in State Boards) 2018-19 examinations are also eligible for Direct Admission. 5% additional weightage is given to Girl candidates.
So from above if you have any entrance exam score like JEE Main, UPSEE etc can be eligible here for direct admission. However on the basis of your 12th CBSE marks you are not eligible here for direct admission. So use your entrance scores if have for admission.
