Based on the KEAM rank, you can get the following colleges for EEE and CSE if you belong to Kerala:
1. Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Kochi (EEE)
2. College of Engineering, Adoor (CSE)
3. College of Engineering, Chengannur (CSE& EEE)
4. NSS College of Engineering (EEE)
5. Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapur (EEE)

There is no participation of fully Private Engineering Colleges in Joint Seats Allocation Authority (JOSSA). However few colleges like BIT, SLIET etc. Are the partially Government funded Technical Institutes participated in JOSSA counseling. The seat allotment result will be declared by Jossa after every round of choice filling. So if you have opted for GFTIs than you can check the allotment result on specified date. The priority order of asked NITs for CSE are given below.
1. MNNIT Allahabad
2. MNIT Jaipur
3. NIT Kurukshetra.

The last year closing rank at UOH for Integrated B.Tech+M.Tech in Computer Science was 15350 in general category. So keeping the last year of trend in consideration, your chances are moderate here.

Admissions to regular B.Tech programmes are made based on the rank secured in Engineering, Agriculture & Medicine common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by Telengana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. So JEE Main scores are not applicable here.
