Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. After Diploma Engineering, it would be better if you pursue B.Tech to become more professional in your field. Get lateral entry into B.Tech saving your one year. As per to UGC norms, it will be valid also.

If you are other than OC then You will definetly get seat but you won't get CSE or ECE. You can go with EEE, ETM and IT.
