Dear Nomanjee, As the world is shrinking and is becoming more and more digital, the scope for Computer Science is on a rise. You must have heard people from other specializations (Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, etc. ). Working in the Computer Science area. I would say B.Tech CS. Will provide you more job opportunities rather than B.Sc. CS. My cousin brother has completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CS. In LPU is very good. CS. Is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies

Hello Raunak, Just do not worry. Your percentile score of the January examination will be held valid. National testing ahency have mention that any student can appear for either one or both the exams and in case the student appears for both exams the score which is better of the two will be taken into account while determining rank. So even if you have applied for the September session and did not appear then even assuming that you may get zero percentile your best of the to percentile will still be 98.80 and this will be utilised to determine your ranking. Best wishes to you.

Hello Vineel Aksha, if I may say so you are ranking in COMEDK is perhaps a bit on the lower side if your intention is to get CSE branch. These days almost every student has this branch has his priority number one and there are more than 22000 students ahead of you whereas the total number of seats for this branch are much less. Buut do not get disappointed, there could be some chances also of you getting this branch. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college for you based on your ranking in this examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/comedk-uget-college-predictor

Hello shashank, The percentile is definitely an indicator as to where you stand but this in itself is not enough. It is the ranking or the merit list that is of vital importance. National testing agency will definitely be releasing these rankings shortly after completion of the ongoing second set of JEE Mains. Actually how many students are ahead of you in your category is what matters most. But to help you I am attaching a link that can predict college for you based on your percentile or the ranking. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.
