If you're Interested then you can apply for CGUEE or Once OJEE opens then you can registered through your JEE Marks.

Hello Parmal, This year the entrance exam conducted for different courses by Indian maritime university stands cancelled. Admissions will be based on the marks obtained by the students in their respective qualifying exams. To take care of the different standards of examination of different boards there is a standard formula or SOP, called normalisation of marks. This will be applied and then the final merit list will be made of all the students who have applied.
