Yes, after doing B.Tech you can do an MBA. The first year will be general Management you need to choose a stream after a yea, r so you will have time to decide on that. In IILM University gurugram your mentor will be guiding you towards choosing your specialization. For more details, you can visit www.iilm.edu.in.

Karnataka state open University is offering open learning courses, While doing B.Tech through open and distance learning are not valid. So please be ensure regarding this that Sunshine Academy for Learning is offering regular mode course or not. Also ask about the University who award the B.Tech degree and its AICTE/UGC approval.

The last date of submission of online application for TS EAMCET has been extended up to 20.04.2020. The TS EAMCET exam dates for Engineering are 04, 05 and 07th of May 2020. While for Agriculture and Medical are 09 and 11th May 2020. So, the exam has not postpone yet.

Your first option should be to get a suitable job because this will make proud to you as well as to yours parents also. Your parent have spent lot of money in your education and now this is the time to payback them. The GATE UPSC-CSE, UPSC-IES, AFCAT CDS Railway and Banks are the major recruiters for Graduate Engineers. Never go for M.Tech because this is waste of time and nothing you will get there. However if you have enough time and money than starts the preparation of CAT or other Management entrance exams for Management courses. The top Institutes like Iims, DMS, Prin Welingker, XLRI, MDI etc. Provides best placement opportunities
