Placement wise, I think CSE is the best branch to go for. But even for EEE offered by the main campus about 70 percent of the students are already placed. Choose the branch that suits your interest, placements are always relative.

Hello,
You can get admission here. But, it solely depends on which branch you want to take. You should apply as a domicile of Delhi. As this could help you to take admission more easily. Exact seats information would be available to you through the university office only. But generally universities run different sections on various parameters like some sections are for JEE, some are hons. Section, some are simple CSE/ ECE/ EEE/ etc. Sections which makes a total of 180 seats in each branch with 60 students meant for JEE, Hons and simple.

All are good, in mechanical and civil job is less but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements. If you're quick learner, then you can easily get a high package job. Rest EEE and ECE is also good if you get placed in the core branch.
