For starting the UPSC CSE preparation, start with NCERT books. It will help you to understand the concept more than anything else. You will get complete basic knowledge about the exam's syllabus.

There will definitely be dome other identifying entity like Adhaar No, etc. In admit card which will enable your entry into exam hall. Do not worry. Presently concentrate on preparing for exam.
