The JEE Advanced Round 1 closing rank 2026 for CSE admission was 149 for students in the General AI category. Similarly, for IIT Bombay, the closing rank stood at 65, indicating a very competitive rank for CSE admission. Considering the first-round cutoff, it is much easier to get admission to IIT Madras for CSE as compared to IIT Bombay.

CET Trivandrum only accepts KEAM for admission to its BTech courses. Once students have taken the exam, they are required to take part in KEAM counselling. In this counselling, students are allocated a BTech seat based on scores obtained by them in the aforementioned exam. The college may conduct a spot round if seats are left vacant after all rounds of counselling.

For taking the admission in B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering, a candidate should pursue the Science stream, specifically with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as core subject. After that check in which college you want to take admission like IITs, NITs and many private and government colleges. There are some entrance examination for different colleges. After qualifying the entrance exam, you can get admission.

If the name on your Andhra Pradesh EAMCET admit card does not match the name on your ID proof, you should immediately contact the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam authorities to get it corrected. A mismatch can cause problems during verification at the exam centre, and you may not be allowed to take the exam unless the details are consistent.
