Yes you can get. Please through apply through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State website http://cetcell.mahacet.org/
Click on Direct second engineering(DSE) link. Complete the registration formalities, upload necessary documents and make the payment.
The admission will be done through the centralized admission process (CAP) by DTE Maharashtra.

The 85% of B.Tech seats are filled through JEE Main marks in UIET, MDU, while the rest of 15% seats will be filled through the JEE Mains and on the basis of class 12th marks. However, the preference will be given to JEE Mains ranks holders.
Hence direct admission is very difficult on the basis of class 12th marks only.

Assam CEE 2019 Counselling has been started from 11th June 2019. It is organized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Assam. The counselling is conducted through offline mode. Hi,B.Tech is only a small part of the syllabus, so if you are hoping for that evolves entirely around Maths there is none. Although Computer, ECE, EE, Mechanical are some branches that have Maths in them.
Also, I would suggest you to choose a course career wise and not subject wise, all the best.
