Yes, why not? Actually cutoffs of last year are not available authentically. There are different sites giving details of closing ranks. COEP normally receives top billing from students and hence closing ranks are petty stiff. For intake of 60 seats, computer course saw admissions closing fpr open catagory at just about 250 rank in previous year. Normally speaking, there is no remedy. But knowing facts, I would like to advise you that please approach administrator by giving your reasons for missing the deadline and requesting to show mercy on you to allow you to register.
