Hi Divya,
It is very difficult to get any NIT or BIT Mesra at this rank. However, you can try for Jaypee Noida, UPES Dehradun, Galgotias College, etc. Otherwise, you may drop this year and prepare thoroughly for JEE again in the next year, and get your desired IIT or NIT.

Hi Gundala,
CSE is always the best for B.Tech as it includes different departments like IT and CCE. They are part of the CSE, so the best group for B.Tech is CSE.
