When it comes to B.Tech, I would always suggest PSIT over all other colleges mentioned by you. The course curriculum of B.Tech students is designed so well and they have pretty well educated faculty to provide the students with the best possible education. The placements are also exceptionally good and increasing day by day.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical engineering branch after completion of your Diploma in mechanical engineering. Yes, you can definitely and surely dream of this. For admission in IIT's, you need to score 75% in Diploma and clear JEE Mains & Advanced exams. No, it is not possible for you to get admission in NIT-Puducherry with that rank. I suggest you to go with other private institutes accepting JEE Score.
