If you have a degree of a diploma then you can join b.tech petroleum engineering in second year in any college

From this score you can not get admission in good colleges. But in private college you can get branch which you want. Good luck

Well the cutoff varies according to branch. But considering overall factor 90%minimum is required in Diploma for any chances in COEP irrespective of category.90% is also not sure rest everything will depend on luck and results of overall batch in state. Approximately cutoff is like 94 for Mech.93 Civil.90Metallurgy.92 Entc.94 IT. For Open category.

For MBA you have to clear CAT exam. Above 99 percentile you should have to score to get in good IIM A B C. in CAT there is no technical section. Good luck.
