Hindustan university is named for aeronautical engineering and it is better to choose aeronautical engineering in the Hindustan university rather than Cse branch.But car branch is also well certified and had good faculty.All the best.

No you won't get seat in AU for chemical branch as your rank is not sufficient and the seats were mostly choose by the top rankers you may not have chances of getting them. All the best.
