Hi, Yes, indeed, you can seek admission in NIT Rourkela under home state as well as on All India basis also. However, remember the state from which you passed your 12th is deemed to be your home state. It's not based on domicile.

It is not possible to get the merit list of that programme details, as it changes every year and no year details matches with others. Therefore, you cannot use it to predict your selection. However, if you got like more than 80% in your 12th boards, of course you can get admission.

Hello Dheeraj, I think result sheet that you access after logging in will provide you your ranking. Right? Or am I wrong? As the ranking is based on mix of 12th and EAMCET markings, it's tough to write software that can predict ranking. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your performance in EAMCET. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/ap-eamcet-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Hi,
It will be very difficult for you to get computer science engineering in VJTI Mumbai with this score. I will suggest you to go for other branches like IT, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc. You can also predict other possible colleges here :
