CSE deals with all the aspects which are related to computer science and engineering, where as CSE specialization involves mostly about your specialization. Let us consider if you choose CSE with data analytics, then you will learn purely about it and related this in computer science. Let me tell you one thing do not go for specialization, because you will just get into it mostly without knowing what you will learn.

Sorry for that, but chances are negligible in this case. I would personally request you to prepare at your best and go for the exams again. That will surely help you in getting best of the colleges ahead.

Not every college has entrance exams for admissions. Depends which college or university you want the admission at. Check the eligibility criteria at the website of your desired college or ask here with the college name.

No, VIT conducts entrance exam for only B.Tech and M.Tech programmes. For all other UG courses the admission is based on class 12th. Go to VIT official website and apply soon with your class 12th marks.

I have a friend who is pursuing Biomedical in VIT, who said me that the branch is really good as almost all the courses he is dealing with is similar to ECE Core branch. Placement wise also it would be the same if you have got the right skills.

It is better to know what the subjects you are interested in are. If you are good with static electricity in your +2 and really interested in then you will find electrical interesting else you will find it really hard. If you want to go to computer Science I feel passion to learn new things is enough. Both are great fields it is better to know what your interests and where you will fit better and get in. But, remember this will be the most important step of your life as you should totally bound to your selection.
