F. W. means Fee waiver. F. W. quota is applicable for those students who are economically weak (i.e. less than 100000 family income) and good in academic. If you take admission through counseling then you can avail it. Every college affiliated with state university has at least two seats. It varies on seats allotted to college.

Why not, apart from getting admission in IITs, your success story will be published in top newspapers also. It's really good that a 16 year old student is clearing JEE advance. Yes, definitely you can get awesome jobs at NIT College and especially in civil you will get awesome job. As I know one of my best friend was in NIT Surat, he was get 50,000 per month salary. Yes, there is great chance.

There is very less chance to get CSE in good NIT. But, you can try for lower branch.

For this, you have to score good in your Diploma more than 85 percent in your degree.
