International students are required to start the USYD application process via the official portal of the university with some important academic documents such as SOP, LORs, and Academic transcripts. Below is the step-by-step process to apply: 

Step 1-Choose a program: The students can browse the University of Sydney website and choose their desired UG and PG programs under Engineering. Checking entry requirements, subjects, and deadlines is important.

Step 2-Check Eligibility: For UG: Class 12 with 75–90% depending on board. For PG: Min 60–65%  (GPA 6.0/10) in UG Engineering or Business degree. IELTS 6.5+ is needed.

Step 3- Fill out the application form: International students can make an application via the University of Sydney application portal.

Step 4-Pay application fee: Students must pay the application fee of AUD 150 (INR 8,500) for both UG and PG programs.

Step 5-Wait for a response: The admissions office of the Faculty of Engineering will review the application, and within a few weeks,  they will provide an offer letter to join the program.

Step 6-Pay tuition fees: Accept the offer by paying the initial tuition deposit  (usually part of 1st semester fees).
