The Duolingo English test is adaptive which means the difficulty level of the questions is adapted as per the candidate's performance. Questions for all the sections listening, reading, writing, and speaking are mixed up and don't appear in the separate sections.

The computer-based DET is designed to test non-native English speakers' proficiency in the language. Candidates can take the test as many times as they want, however, they cannot take it more than twice within a 30-day period.

For admission to the M.Sc. Chemistry programme at  BHU through the CUET PG exam candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree with Chemistry as a major subject studied in all years securing a minimum 50% marks in Science subjects. So english is not as a compulsory subject for  examination purposes.
