The eligibility criteria for foreign colleges is IELTS or TOEFL with a good score that proves the proficiency in English. Decide where you wanna go and which college. It totally depends on the college system that is what they keep in front of the students as a demand.

If the subject in which you have got compartment was a additional one than there is no barrier for you to apply. But if it was your main subject, you need to clear your compartment with good marks. Otherwise, your admission in the college will not be valid and would be canceled.

You may directly pursue Masters in Journalism after your graduation in English. But, many Colleges have different criteria for admission in Masters degree of Journalism. Otherwise, you may pursue directly. Look out for the colleges and their criteria.

Yes, you can join this college for learning anchoring. It's okay if your English is not good. You have to read and write English daily to practice the vocabulary, and good accent. Rest is the job of the college to make a student perfect. But, you have to work hard on your own.

Hi Normally, all open universities promoting education by distance learning have student friendly approach. Post graduate diplomas in any subject can be chosen by graduate of any discipline. Hence for doing post graduate diploma in English, one needs to be a graduate in any discipline.
